Made to Order Terms and Conditions:
By consenting to the terms and conditions you hereby understand that the items you are ordering are hand-made, made-to-order items that are created in our warehouse specifically for your order. These items take time to create, and are typically completed between 14 – 20 working days after your order is placed. Once your order is placed we do not allow alterations to sizing, material or images. If you receive a custom/made to order item from us that is incorrect you may contact us with your order number in the subject line and we will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered.
Damaged products or parcels:
If any damage to your parcel/package when receiving it, simply take a digital photo of the ITEM and of the SHIPPING PACKAGING ON the delivery note (where you sign for your package). Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.
Returns for other reasons:
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you may return it to us within 3 working days, in its original condition/packaging for a refund or a replacement. To do so, simply email email@example.com with your order number, the shipping ID or item number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with a returns address.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging.
Returned goods should be protected in a box. No tape is to be attached to the product.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post, as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.
We will not accept return if artworks are required to be customised further than what have been stated at product description.
For deliveries within Singapore:
Please allow 3-10 working days from the postage confirmation date. If your order has not arrived after 15 working days please contact us.
For deliveries to the rest of world:
Please allow up to 20-30 working days (depending on the destination), from the postage confirmation date. If your order has not arrived after 40 working days please contact us.
Any delivery timescales quoted above are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by third parties. If you have chosen a tracked method of postage and want to track your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
At The Art Studio is ‘not’ responsible for international duties or taxes, all international duties and taxes in relationship to your order are the responsibility of the purchaser. In some cases where items may require signing/numbering, delivery may take longer than usual; in this case we will advise on a delivery date.

Each print is wrapped in acid free tissue and packed within a specially designed tube that is appropriate to the print size and medium.
Our collection includes made-to-order pieces, so we cannot guarantee availability of all our products. In the unfortunate event that we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund you within 48 hours or, where feasible, offer an alternative.
Framing service: Since artworks are various in media and sizes, please check individual products for availability of framing options for each individual product. Framing service cost is not included in the price stated at product description.
Prints signed by the artist: The majority of our prints are limited editions, and where possible they are signed and numbered by the artist. You’ll find information about the size, print making technique, edition and signature status in the accompanying description, so please double check before making your purchase.
Prints’ production: We produce high-quality, limited and open editions, using a combination of modern and traditional printing techniques, including Giclee and Screenprints. Print sizes and materials vary, so please check individual products for specific information and bear in mind that there may be a slight variation between the colours depicted on your screen and the actual colours of the final print.
